The City Zip Company installs giant zip lines in city centres. In the summer of 2017 we operated Zip World London, “the biggest, fastest city centre zip wire in the world”, which saw over 30,000 people jump from a 35m tower to travel 225m at 30mph.

The Customer Service team are key to the success of our events. You will be involved in delivering crucial aspects of the customer experience, predominantly prior to and post visit.

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills will be required for liaising with our customers and event staff to creatively find solutions to issues that may occur, or queries which may arise. An excellent level of written and verbal English will be essential in the writing of correspondence, as will an ability to organise tasks in order of priority and to work efficiently in a busy environment.
